"See what the others don't see"
The work I have created are 3 things that describe me. On my 3 photos, I have used the principle of contrast to embody the main points of my pictures. Also, I have used the element of texture to outline and give more detail to my pictures. The first picture I chose was a picture of me playing soccer last year for the Bettendorf High School team. I chose this picture because I have been playing soccer since I was 5 and it’s a big part of my life. Also, I faded the picture out a little bit since it was raining and I thought that it would be a cool effect to add. The second picture I chose was of me, in one of my favorite outfits. I decided to use this photo because it shows my love for fashion and my creativity with clothes. I added a blue tone in the picture because the weather that day was pretty cold but it looked like it was warm, due to the outfit I was wearing, so I wanted to embody the weather somehow in the picture. The last picture I chose was of me and my friends at a birthday party. I chose this to use for my project because I wanted to show the social side of me since I’m not very shy. I warmed up the picture because I wanted to show the happiness that I was going through while taking this picture.
